Water Carnival, July 1st and 2nd 2017 - Volunteers Needed
Without the kind assistance of volunteer parents and friends, the event would not run, so if you have never helped before but are going to be there anyway, why not get involved. Jobs which we need volunteers for include :
Top Results Desk (data entry of results, playing with word and excel documents)
Security (standing at the bottom of the stairs, entrance to the pool and ensuring all the correct people go where they should do)
Runners (run up and down the viewing gallery from the top desk to the pool side collecting the results of each heat)
Marshalls (take the children along pool side in heat order until they race)
Chaperones (ensure the children and lined up and ready for their events)
If you are available to help all day, or just the morning or afternoon session, can you drop Natalie Andrews an email email@example.com and she will explain what the roles involve and add you to our list of volunteers.
